WTS OR: 1950's Elgin 5HP outboard

I really need to get a pic, but Google it and click on images....yeah, that one.
2-cyl., 2-stroke.
Doesn't start.
Hasn't for sometime now.
Probably will need coil, plug and a carb rebuild.
Bushings in shaft are literally new.
Will take best offer. I'm not going to mail this.
...btw, I'm in Washington, not Oregon. Only tags available now are Oregon....can we please add Washington?
